Product Description

Cite First & Second Pro has been Powering Up and Renewed!
The formulation of the first solution has been partially changed to create a setting agent specifically for eyelash and eyebrow use, ensuring safe application (Registered as a cosmetic product).

■ 1st Solution Setting Time is Even Faster! Softening speed is increased, reducing treatment time.

Eyelash Setting Time Normal Lashes
1st agent : Approx. 5 minutes ~
2st agent : Approx. 5 minutes ~

Eyebrow Setting Time
Normal Lashes
1st agent : Approx. 5 minutes ~
2st agent : Approx. 5 minutes ~

■ Reduced Irregularity in 1st agent Softening
The difference in softening between virgin hair and return hair is minimized, effectively softening new growth and leading to a finish where the lash layers are easily uniformed. Additionally, it minimizes curling at the tips, resulting in a stable setting agent suitable for beginners to advanced technicians.

■ Reduced Odor in the 1st Solution
The unpleasant, distinctive odor of conventional lash lift 1st solutions has been suppressed to the maximum extent, leading to a stress-free treatment with no lingering smell.

*The 2nd solution remains the same as the conventional Cite First & Second Pro.

Development Story
▼ A New "Standard" Born from the Voices of Salons "If things stay like this, we won't be able to perform our usual treatments..."

One day, we received anxious calls like this.

Due to a revision in the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, the ingredient "Cysteamine Hydrochloride," which had been used in the Cite Pro system for a long time, could no longer be used in cosmetic products. Many salons faced a crisis, fearing their operations might be halted.

▼ Why the Development Team Acted: To "Keep Your Treatments Going".
Protecting the salon floor took priority over legal hurdles.

Our foremost priority was to maintain the "usual procedure and finish" exactly as it was. We worked quickly to develop a new formulation, leveraging the strengths of the original Cite setting agents as much as possible.

▼ Cite Pro System's Three Development Policies
① Do Not Change "Treatment Feel or Finish"
• Strong, long-lasting curl power achieved through a double-reduction formula
• Repairing and moisturizing ingredients such as keratin, amino acids, and hyaluronic acid are carried over from the previous formula
→ The moment you pick it up, that familiar and nostalgic “feel” returns.

② Balance "Safety and Legal Compliance"
Cysteamine Hydrochloride → Replaced with an ingredient compliant with cosmetic standards (Cysteamine).
Displays and advertising are also fully compliant with the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act (PMD Act).
$\rightarrow$ We protect a "bold finish" even while adhering to the law.

③ Designed for "Zero Impact on Salon Work"
Texture, usability, and processing time are equivalent to the original formula. Menus and staff training can remain the same.
$\rightarrow$ You can continue your "usual treatment" as if nothing happened, starting today.

▼ To Eyelash Technicians and Salon Owners —
It's changed, yet it remains the same.
That was the goal we aimed for in developing the Cite Pro System.
Salon peace of mind, trust in treatments, and customer satisfaction—
We evolved the formulation so that we could move forward without giving up on any of these.
To ensure that the beauty you create with your own hands never stops, we invite you to experience the new Cite Pro System for yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)
Are Cysteamine Hydrochloride and Cysteamine the same ingredient? No, they are different ingredients.
Cysteamine Hydrochloride: The ingredient used in the original Cite setting agent, which is no longer permitted for use in cosmetics due to the PMD Act revision.
Cysteamine: The ingredient used in the new formula, which is a safe raw material approved for use as a cosmetic.

Will changing the main ingredient affect the treatment results?
The basic curl power and finish are almost the same as the old formula.
Treatment time and procedures remain the same, and you can lift using the usual techniques.

Is it okay to mix it with the old formula?
We recommend using the new formula alone without mixing it.
Safety in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law is guaranteed when the new formula is used alone.

Will it cause more damage to my lashes?
The design to minimize damage remains the same.
The repairing and moisturizing ingredients such as keratin and amino acids are still included as in the previous formula, so your lashes will remain healthy after treatment.

Will the treatment time change?
The treatment procedure is the same as before, but the treatment time, in which the first agent is left on for approximately 7 minutes, has been reduced to approximately 5 minutes.
*The minutes listed are a guideline only.
