Instructions for Use
STEP 1: Preparation Before Use
Wash and disinfect your hands thoroughly.
Disinfect any tools, such as tweezers, in advance.
Ensure the application area (ear) is clean and dry.

STEP 2: Peel Off the Seal from the Backing
1. Gently bend the backing sheet to lift the edge of the seal.
2. Use tweezers to grasp the edge and peel it off slowly.
Caution: Avoid touching the seed/particle directly.

STEP 3: Apply the Seal
1. Confirm placement and position the seal on the ear acupressure point.
2. Press gently with your finger to secure adhesion.
Note: Do not rub; apply gentle pressure.

STEP 4: Remove the Seal
Use tweezers to lift the edge and peel off slowly.
Wipe any adhesive residue with a cleansing agent or lukewarm water.

Precautions
Bathing and face washing are possible while wearing the seal, but avoid strong rubbing.
Replace the seal every 3–7 days.
Prolonged use may cause skin stress.
Discontinue immediately if itching, redness, pain, or rash occurs.

Do not use if you have:
Skin conditions such as inflammation, cuts, or eczema.
Metal allergies.
Pregnancy or current medical treatments (consult your doctor).
