How to Use
Apply a small amount of balm to the surface of the rod and begin wrapping the lashes. If the lashes spring back, apply an additional layer of balm from above. Using a lift-up brush allows you to wrap the lashes quickly and efficiently. *Because this product contains oil-based ingredients, applying too much may slow the softening process. If this occurs, check the softening condition and extend the processing time gradually as needed.
